Our hens

  The Farm house is a Georgian listed building.

All the rooms in the house have high ceilings, large windows with outstanding views and wide doorways with many period features.

You can choose from  a double room or a twin room 

Which have stunning views over the Solway firth marshes looking over to Scotland.

For this year I am only letting both rooms to
a single group or family.
Or one room at a time so they will have the
bathroom for their own use.

Both rooms share private access to private bathroom

  The rooms are equipped with tea and coffee so you can brew and sit at peace

You will have access to a private lounge to relax in;
all rooms are also WiFi connected.

There is plenty of private parking in the farm yard
cars can be left for the week.
There is a charge for this of £5.

  Bed and Breakfast is from £55.00 per person per night
 for both rooms
For a double room or twin room £55 per person per night the other room will not be let out       
Single person is from £70.00 per person per night.
If both rooms let as single rooms £60 per person
with farm house breakfast our own eggs and local produce.

I welcome your well behaved dos as well. £5 per dog.
