Welcome to Our Farm Stay Bunk Barn.

Our purpose-designed bunk barn is located in a shared farm courtyard, converted from a traditional Georgian farm stable. It offers comfortable accommodation ideal for walkers, cyclists, and family groups exploring the area, particularly those walking Hadrian's Wall.
Accommodation & Facilities

The barn is a mixed dormitory room that can sleep 12–13 people in bunk beds. The layout is split over two levels for convenience:

Upstairs:

• Bunk beds
• Toilet and shower facilities

Downstairs:

• Kitchen and seating area (equipped with a cooker, microwave, cutlery, and crockery)
• Separate toilet and shower facilities

General Amenities:

• Heating & Hot Water: Provided efficiently by the farm's biomass boiler.
• Parking: Plenty of parking is available in the farmyard. A charge of £5 per week applies if you wish to leave your car while you walk "the wall".
• Cycle Storage: A secure shed is available for storing bikes overnight, complete with tools for minor repairs (e.g., mending a puncture).

• Fried Farmhouse Breakfast: From £5, featuring our own seasonal eggs and local produce.
• Sandwiches: Bacon, egg, and sausage sandwiches are also available.
• Dietary Requirements: Please provide advanced warning for any specific dietary needs.

Essential Information (Please Note):

• You MUST bring your own sleeping bags and towels. These are no longer supplied.
• Duvet hire is available if booked in advance.

A deposit is required for all bookings, payable by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
